Privacy notice

How we handle the details you leave when you ask to be called back. The site uses no third-party code, does no profiling and sends nothing to advertising platforms: the only information it collects is what you write in the form.

What data, and why

The “Ask for an appointment” form

When you fill in the form you leave your name, your phone number, the reason for your request (from a general list), the time slot in which you’d like to be called back and, if you wish, a message. We use them only to call you back and book the appointment: the legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

If you choose to write something about your health in the message, we read it only with your explicit consent, which you give with the dedicated box, separate and unticked (Art. 9(2)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time. The form does not ask for clinical information, and there is no need to attach X-rays or photographs: we talk about them at the visit.

To prevent automated submissions the form uses a hidden field and a minimum time to fill it in, without third-party services.

For how long

Retention

We keep the details of a request for as long as needed to handle it. If the request becomes an appointment, the details become part of the practice’s records and follow their retention rules; otherwise we delete them.

Who sees them

Recipients

Requests are read by the front desk and, when needed, by the practice’s dentists. The site is hosted by a provider acting as data processor, with servers in the European Union; the data are not sold or transferred, and are not used for advertising.

The links to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and the training website open only if you click them: from there, those services’ rules apply.

Your rights

What you can ask

You can ask to see your data, to correct or delete them, to restrict their processing, to object, to receive them in a readable format, and you can withdraw the consent given for health information, without affecting what was done before. Just write to or call the front desk.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

This is a preview of the site, not indexed: the form checks the fields and shows the result, but it does not send or store requests. For an appointment, call the practice.
