Three personalities, one shared goal
Simone Kravos and Francesco Guadagno, dentists, have worked together in Via San Nicolò since 2009; Michela Pocecco runs the practice with them. From a small team of six people we have grown into a team of more than twenty-five, in a practice on several floors.
Our story
A professional love at first sight
The Kravos & Guadagno associate practice was born from the meeting of two professionals, Dott. Simone Kravos and Dott. Francesco Guadagno, who shared one vision: to give the people of Trieste a point of reference in dentistry and dental care.
Simone and Francesco met in March 2009, and it was a professional love at first sight: within three months they were working together in Via San Nicolò.
From a small team of six people we have grown into a solid practice, with more than 25 people and a modern practice on several floors.
Management
The two founding partners and the managing director
Simone Kravos and Francesco Guadagno have very similar training: a degree with honours from the University of Trieste and advanced training in periodontology; Dott. Guadagno also in maxillary sinus surgery. Michela Pocecco, dental hygienist, is the managing director and looks after the people of the practice and the patient experience.
How we work
A clear, organised path, centred on people
Every day we work to provide dental care through a clear, organised path centred on people. We accompany patients with empathy, attention and punctuality, so that dental care is a calm experience that respects their clinical and emotional needs.
At the same time we support the growth and well-being of our team, with continuous training, welcoming spaces, structured protocols and modern management, based on data, technology and good internal communication.
At the practice

- Piezoelectric surgery and minimally invasive bone reconstruction techniques.
- Immediate-loading implants, in suitable patients, after a thorough examination.
- Computer-guided techniques.

Safety
Hygiene and safety, every day
Your safety has always been one of our priorities: at the practice we have taken the measures needed for a protected, calm environment, where you can look after your smile without worrying.
We do it because we know how important it is to feel safe and to experience a visit to the dentist calmly.
How we look after you
- Air filters that trap microscopic particles.
- An ozone generator that sanitises the rooms every night.
- Disposable protective equipment and the Ministry guidelines: gowns, gloves, FFP2 masks and face shields.
- Sanitising gel in every area of the practice, and shoe covers to enter the treatment rooms.
The team
More than twenty-five people, each with a name
Dentists, dental hygienists, the front desk, dental assistants and external collaborators: a psychologist and psychotherapist, a midwife, the dental laboratory. Each of them has a page with their background, in Italian.
At the practice we speak Italian, English, German, Slovenian, Russian and French.
